Everything your practice needs to market, handled compliantly.

We run your social media the way a UK dental practice actually needs it run: creative that earns enquiries, and a compliance layer underneath every single post.

Social media management

Channel strategy, content creation across photo, video and copy, scheduling, community management and monthly reporting. All of it shaped around dentistry and the platforms your patients actually use, from a practice's real cases rather than stock material.

  • Channel strategy and tone of voice within the advertising rules
  • Photo, video and copy production, including case content
  • Scheduling and publishing
  • Community management, including how clinical questions in comments and direct messages are handled
  • Monthly performance reporting

Pre-publication review

Nobody in the UK approves a dental advert before it runs, which is exactly why the check has to happen on our side. Every piece is read against the CAP Code, GDC guidance and the Human Medicines Regulations before it is scheduled: claims that need evidence, images that need consent, titles that need a register entry, and product names that must not appear at all.

  • Claim check, with the evidence identified before the claim is published
  • Prescription-only medicines kept out of captions, hashtags, replies and direct messages
  • Before-and-after images checked for consent and for a fair comparison
  • Titles and credentials checked against the GDC register
  • Named sign-off recorded for each item

The practice remains the advertiser and the registrant. We run the check, hold the file and flag what cannot go out; the final decision to publish is the practice's, because the regulation puts it there.

The evidence file

Every published item is catalogued: the claim and what backs it, the consent record for any patient image, who approved it and when. If the ASA asks for the basis of a claim, or a patient raises a concern, the answer is a file you already have rather than a week of searching old phones and inboxes.

  • Per-item record of claim, evidence, consent and approver
  • Edits and formats retained alongside the published version
  • Deleted posts retained too, because taking a post down does not end the question

Content strategy and theme weeks

We plan in structured cycles, theme weeks and campaign arcs, so your feed reads as one practice with a view rather than scattered posts. Each theme is mapped against what is permissible and what actually earns enquiries, which in dentistry is usually the case story rather than the offer.

Ongoing monitoring

Rules move and so do platform policies. We read the ASA rulings as they publish, track GDC guidance and MHRA enforcement, and adjust your live content when something shifts. A practice usually finds out about a change from a complaint; you find out from us.

Scope and commercial terms

Monthly post volume, community response times and reporting cadence are agreed per practice and written into the engagement, because a practice with two surgeries and a group with twenty do not need the same thing. You get the numbers in writing before anything starts, and we hold to them.

We quote nothing here that we would have to qualify later. Ask on the call and you get a figure for your practice.

Authority compounds. Trends do not.

A practice feed is a professional record. We build yours to be worth citing, which is a slower brief than chasing reach and a far more durable one.

  1. We do not chase trends

A format earns its place by what it lets you say. A trending audio that works for a restaurant rarely works for a dentist, and borrowed attention brings the wrong enquiries.

  2. Teaching outperforms selling

Explaining a treatment, who it suits and where its limits are builds more standing than a price. It is also the content nobody can complain about.

  3. Your cases are the product

Implants, veneers, bonding and aligners sell on real cases and real stories. Done with consent and a fair comparison, that is the strongest material a practice has.

  4. The record outlives the campaign

Everything published stays searchable. We write it so it still holds up when a patient reads it two years from now, and so does the file behind it.

Tell us what you are publishing now.

A call is enough to see which parts of your current setup already meet the requirement and which parts do not.
