Terms of Use

The rules for using this website, and the limits on what it offers.

Scope

These terms apply to the use of this website, operated by Helia Aesthetics LLC, a Wyoming LLC. Client services are provided only under a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract.

No medical or legal advice

Everything on this site, including the compliance risk assessment, is general information. It is not clinical advice and it is not legal advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional or the published requirements of the regulator.

Duties that the law and the professional standards place on a registrant or a practice stay with that registrant or practice. We do not assume them and cannot carry them for you.

The risk assessment

The assessment is indicative. It produces a general picture from the answers you give, it cites the instruments its figures come from, and it cannot account for your specific circumstances. Enforcement decisions are made by the relevant authority, not by this tool.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, images and video on this site belong to Helia Aesthetics LLC or are used under licence. You may read and share them, but you may not copy, republish or adapt them commercially without written permission.

Availability and accuracy

We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always reachable. Regulation changes, and pages may lag behind it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helia Aesthetics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on the general information it contains. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes

These terms were last updated on 9 October 2026.
