Who is responsible

What this site collects

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., United States. Delivering a web page requires processing technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. The hosting provider generates and retains these request logs to deliver and secure the site. We do not combine them with other data and do not use them to identify visitors.
• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media plugins are used on this site, so no consent banner is shown.
• The compliance risk assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted, stored or logged.
• Fonts, images and videos are served from this site. No third-party font, analytics or media service is contacted when you load a page.

Contacting us

The contact form on this site does not send anything to a server. It opens your own email program with the details you entered, and you decide whether to send that email. There is no form processor and no database behind it.

When you email or call us, we process what you give us: your name, practice, role, contact details and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and run the engagement. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only as long as our business and tax records require. You can ask us to delete your correspondence earlier, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider processes request data on our behalf. Our email provider processes the messages you send us. We do not share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it. Because we are a United States company using United States providers, data you send us is processed in the United States.

Your rights

We offer our services to practices in the United Kingdom, so the UK GDPR applies to the personal data we handle here. Our basis for answering an enquiry is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted us, and for keeping records it is our legal obligation to do so.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to it. Write to office@helia-aesthetics.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we add anything that changes this picture, such as analytics or an online booking tool, we will update this policy before switching it on. Last updated on 9 October 2026.
